In this role, you will guide enterprise clients in leveraging their data to drive actionable insights and business value. You will lead analytics consulting projects focused on Power BI, including data visualization, modeling, and platform architecture. Your work will involve prototyping, creating dashboards, and optimizing data solutions to ensure robust performance and scalability. You will collaborate closely with client teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions. This position combines technical expertise with client-facing consulting, requiring strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a deep understanding of analytics platforms. You will also mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices for enterprise-scale analytics deployments. Accountabilities
Deliver project-based consulting engagements, translating client needs into effective analytical solutions Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models Lead client communications including weekly status reports, feedback sessions, and project updates Troubleshoot, tune, and recommend solutions for performance or deployment issues Support backlog management and ongoing development for analytics solutions Advise clients on best practices for data modeling, report optimization, and platform architecture Mentor and guide junior consultants to ensure quality and consistency in project delivery Requirements
7+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization platforms in enterprise environments 3+ years of consulting experience with client-facing project management responsibilities Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and service administration Strong data fluency with the ability to communicate complex concepts to business users Knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehouses, marts, or data models (Snowflake preferred) Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Passion for learning new technologies and techniques in the analytics space Preferred: experience scaling Power BI for enterprise, leading consulting teams, and data preparation using tools like Alteryx or KNIME Benefits
