Join our dynamic Orthopedic & Spine unit, a 36-bed facility with all private rooms, where you'll work in a fast-paced medical/surgical acuity setting specializing in orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and trauma care. Our unit has recently expanded to accommodate a growing volume of patients, offering an excellent opportunity to enhance your nursing skills in a high-demand environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Perform wound care and dressing changes. Utilize advanced communication tools to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team. Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in condition. Participate in patient education and support rehabilitation efforts. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Must possess a Kansas nursing license. Current BLS certification required. Previous acute care hospital experience, preferably in med-surg or telemetry units. NIH certification preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
