We are looking for an
experienced Dental Assistant
who thrives in a high-end clinical environment. You must be someone the doctor can confidently leave in the room with a patient, knowing they will feel comfortable, cared for, and well-informed.

Advanced Dentistry of South Florida – Delray Beach, FL Address:
15340 Jog Rd STE 100, Delray Beach, FL 33446, United States Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
Assist the doctor in a full range of general and specialty procedures
You should feel comfortable stepping in seamlessly during procedures
Capture detailed digital impressions and diagnostic records that meet both clinical standards and the doctor’s visual expectations for perfection
Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans using software systems and other digital tools
Manage attachments and post‑op protocols efficiently and accurately
Serve as a trusted extension of the provider
Operatory Management & Sterilization
Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
Meticulously set up and break down rooms between patients
Ensure every room reflects the practice’s standards
Sterilize instruments according to protocol and track usage
Communication & Patient Experience
Make patients feel truly seen, safe, and informed
Bridge the gap between provider and patient
Translate clinical information into easy-to-understand guidance while reinforcing the doctor’s treatment recommendations
Ensure smooth treatment flow
Required
2+ years’ experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental practice
Proficiency with iTero, Dentrix, and digital charting
Experience in crown and bridge, fillings, and cosmetic dentistry
Understanding of sterilization protocols and OSHA standards
Preferred
Experience in a multi‑specialty or Concierge office
Willing to learn and adapt quickly to new systems
Fast, efficient, and confident
Great chair side manners
Important level of clinical pride and a perfectionist’s eye for detail
Able to multitask

Qualifications
Completion of a one‑year certified dental assistant program
Six months on‑the‑job experience (with supporting documentation)
X‑Ray certification
Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended
High school diploma or equivalent
Dental Assistants are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and Infection Control training as required by law.
