Mental Health Clinician
As a Mental Health Clinician for the Child Outpatient program, you are responsible for the direct provision of services to youth and families, including group and individual/family counseling.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree
LSW, LCSW, or LAC
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Scheduling Requirements
Full‑Time (FT)
Essential Functions
Formulates and implements evidence‑based psycho‑therapeutic interventions with patients and families, including, but not limited to, individual, family, parent, and group therapies, which are geared toward achieving identified patient goals.
Interprets natural of illness and prescribed course of treatment to patients/families.
Analyzes data from standard instruments and modifies treatment approaches and techniques accordingly.
Conducts psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments to assess patient needs.
Completes the initial and subsequently revised treatment plans according to specified outpatient standards.
Meets established productivity standards and billable hours.
Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Obtains appropriate release of information.
Participates in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education.
Upholds ethical standards and complies with licensure regulations and HIPAA.
Collaborates with other hospital programs and community agencies involved with patients and families to support patient needs and discharge plans.
Performs other duties as assigned.
