Here’s What You’ll Do
Support individuals with developmental disabilities to have a quality of life.
Promote health, safety, and well‑being of residents.
Serve as an advocate for clients.
Essential Functions
Outline and prepare daily routines for clients based on Individual Program Plans.
Assist clients with bathroom needs.
Change clients’ undergarments and/or clothing.
Prepare daily meals and assist with clean‑up.
Pick up/drop off clients in company vans as needed.
Education and Experience
Direct Support Professional Certificate (Year 1 & 2 preferred; or willingness to obtain within first 6 months).
Must have First Aid/CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a California driver’s license.
Must successfully pass all pre‑employment requirements, including a background check.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
