Position Overview
As an RN, you will provide high‑quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being while adhering to physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Document and report changes in patient conditions, including infections, skin conditions, and weight fluctuations. Follow procedures for incident reporting, narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction. Participate in rounds with physicians and collaborate with healthcare team members. Update patient records, including room changes, admissions, and discharges. Utilize the Quality Life Manual to monitor patient progress in care programs. Qualifications
RN license in the state of practice. Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply. Benefits
