Positions Open Full‑time and part‑time Licensed Practical Nurses for evening (3 p‑11 p) and weekend shifts.
Sign‑on bonus structure: • Full‑time evening shift: $7,500 • Full‑time other shifts: $5,000 • Part‑time: $2,500

Pay rate: $28.00–$38.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
Medication administration
Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies
Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ conditions to proper personnel per center policy
Work under direct supervision in accordance with the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act and facility policies
Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care
Collect patient/resident data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to care
Implement the patient/resident plan of care and evaluate response, per state regulations
Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel, as applicable
Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements
Maintain knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance, and use (e.g., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices)
Maintain confidentiality and patient/resident rights regarding all patient/resident/personnel information
Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the state
CPR certification required
Two years prior nursing experience preferred
Seniority Level Entry level
