Schedule and Shift Expectations
On-Call position
12‑hour shifts, Days or Nights
Must be able to pick shifts on short notice
Minimum 2 shifts per month
Base Rate:
$35/hour
Shift Differentials
Weekend Days: +$5.00/hour
Night shift: +$3.50/hour
Weekend Nights: +$5.50/hour
Weekend Night: Night + Weekend differentials combine for an additional +$9.00/hour

Responsibilities
Deliver care and services to residents through identification of needs, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes.
Perform personal care for residents as needed.
Communicate and collaborate with care team to resolve resident care problems, enhance delivery, and participate in quality assessment and performance improvement.
Qualifications
Graduated from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
Current CPR and AED certifications are required.
Current First Aid certification required or willingness to become certified.
Minimum 6 months experience as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred.
Prior experience with geriatric clients preferred.
Food handler certification, when required.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
