Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.* Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.* Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve plant operations.* Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.**What Are We Looking For****Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment**Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**Physical Demands*** Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.* Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.* Frequent use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.* Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.* Adequate stamina to work long hours as needed.* Comfortable working at elevated heights.**What We Offer*** Starting Pay $26.00 per hour DOE* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
