We are currently searching for DOT inspection certified mechanics with 1+ year(s) of tank & trailer repair experience for our Rosemount, MN location!
Address: 16724 Clayton Avenue, Rosemount, MN. 55068
Shift Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm.
Pay Range:
$21.00 to $41.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
(Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.)
Demonstrated skill in most of the following areas:
The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer.
Tank service and repair
Trailer suspension installation and repair
Experience with air brake systems and repairs
TIG & MIG aluminum, stainless or carbon welding experience (preferred)
Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards (HM183, hazmat)
Must obtain a High School Diploma or GED
Physical Demands:
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
With assistance, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
Must be able to fit through a tank trailer manhole
Must be able to work in confined spaces
