Provide exceptional patient care during
surgical and dental procedures , including anesthesia induction and monitoring, patient preparation and recovery, dental cleanings, and dental radiographs Ensure efficient exam room workflow while delivering outstanding, empathetic
client communication Review treatment plans, provide clear discharge instructions, and confidently address client questions Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff during outpatient visits to ensure the highest standard of patient care Work at the
top of your license
in a supportive, team-focused environment This position is ideal for detail-oriented technicians who are passionate about excellent medicine, value strong client relationships, and thrive in a collaborative, respectful workplace. Schedule:
Flexible, full-time position 5/8 schedule, Monday–Friday Weekend rotation with a CVT and assistant every 5th weekend (adjusted for holiday rotation) Full-time benefits and compensation
Compensation: $16-20 per hour, for each hour worked Bonus package: $500-$2,000 based on experience and licensure CE allowance: Up to $1,000 annually based on licensure Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability Employee Assistance Program 401k options Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law Personal pet discount Minimum qualifications and skill set:
5+ years of veterinary experience
in a clinical setting Current Veterinary Technician License
in the state of Mississippi Proficiency in:
Anesthesia induction and monitoring Dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs IV catheter placement IV/IM injections Cystocentesis Microscope evaluation Exotic animal experience (preferred)

AAHA-accredited , mixed-animal practice that has proudly served the community for years. We are unique in the area as the
only mixed-animal practice across six counties , allowing our team to see a wide variety of cases and continuously grow their skills. Our hospital was
remodeled in 2023 , with room to expand into a sixth exam room. We are well-equipped with modern technology, including: Digital X-Ray Digital Dental Radiographs Ultrasound Laser Therapy Anesthesia Machine In-House Laboratory Endoscope Reproductive services and equipment We currently have
six veterinarians
