This is a

Full-Time

position with a 4/10 schedule. Availability needed Monday-Friday -

NO WEEKENDS!

What You’ll Do As our Lead Veterinary Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth hospital operations and supporting our team. Responsibilities include:

Training & Mentorship:

Guide and develop veterinary assistants and technicians to build confidence and skill.

Monitoring Hospital Flow:

Oversee daily workflow to maintain efficiency and exceptional patient care.

Complaint Resolution:

Address client concerns and disputes professionally and effectively.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory and ensure supplies are well-stocked.

Safety Protocols:

Enforce compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.

Leadership & Accountability:

Motivate the team, hold employees accountable, and foster a positive, productive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience as a Lead Veterinary Technician or similar leadership role.

Licensure preferred but not required.

Large animal and exotics experience highly desired.

Extroverted and motivational personality with strong communication skills.

Proven ability to train and mentor team members.

Skilled at driving efficiency in workflow and technical skills.

Comfortable with holding employees accountable while maintaining team morale.

Full-Time Benefits and Compensation

Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour, for each hour worked*

Bonus Package:

Up to $2,000, based on experience & licensure

CE Allowance:

$500 for your first year of employment & $1,000 for every year after
