Location This position is based in Spring Hill, FL, serving patients in Citrus County and surrounding areas.
Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.
Perform a variety of tasks, including:
Acute and chronic disease management.
Medication management and administration.
Assessing patient conditions and reporting changes.
Developing tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans.
Post-surgical rehabilitation.
Educating patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence.
Pain management and wound care.
Qualifications
Unencumbered Florida LPN License (required).
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
IV Certification (required).
Experience in acute care or hospital settings (preferred). Strong assessment and care planning skills.
