Job Summary The Department of Family and Community Medicine seeks a motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team to provide primary care in an ambulatory setting.

A successful applicant will provide a continuum of care and develop an in-depth health care care plan for their patients. They should have a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and education, and ensure an environment of safe, quality care.

The Advanced Practice Provider should demonstrate an advanced level of medical and nursing knowledge, clinical and technical competency, sound clinical judgment, and professionalism. They will ensure their documentation is timely and compliant, and will take responsibility for ongoing professional development and competency validation.
