AdviniaCare invites compassionate caregivers to support residents with dignity and comfort. As a CNA, you will play a key role in daily care and emotional support.
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000
Shift Differentials: +$3.00/hr on Weekday Evenings (Mon‑Fri 3‑11pm), +$5.00/hr on Weekend Evenings (Sat‑Sun 3‑11pm) and +$5.00/hr on Weekend Overnights (Sat‑Sun 11pm‑7am).
What You’ll Do
Assist with bathing, mobility, and personal care
Monitor vitals and report changes
Help with meals and daily activities
Provide companionship and emotional support
Keep resident areas tidy and well‑stocked
Support medical procedures and safety efforts
What You Bring
CNA Certification in the State of MA
Compassionate heart and team spirit
Strong communication and attention to detail
Passion for working with seniors and those with special needs
Must be 18+ and pass a background check
