The Licensed Practical Nurse position at Legacy Healthcare LLC – Bella Terra Streamwood – is essential to our Clinical Department. As the backbone of the Care Team, you will deliver medication and nursing care, conduct assessments and advocate for residents.
Pay and Benefits Base hourly rate: $32.57/hr – $38.00/hr. Annual salary range: $55,000 – $95,000.
Daily pay and same‑day pay.

Ensure residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their care plan.
Conduct resident assessments.

Qualifications
State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; unencumbered.
Prior LPN experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to provide compassionate, quality care and strong attention to detail.
Location 815 E Irving Park Rd, Streamwood, IL. Convenient access to major roadways and O'Hare Airport.
