What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide individual, group, and family counseling to meet the treatment goals of clients/patients
Conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments in accordance with state standards
Develop and document treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client needs
Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings, offering insights on cases
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided in compliance with regulatory standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
Comfortable providing telehealth services to clients
Expertise in diagnostic criteria for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods related to mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment
Familiarity with legal requirements and court procedures in mental health treatment
Strong communication skills for effective reporting and client interactions
Ability to develop and evaluate services within assigned programs
Experience in providing professional supervision and training in a mental health context
