Join us as an
ARMHS Practitioner/Worker
at Fraser. Fraser’s founder, Louise Whitbeck Fraser, established a school for people with disabilities in 1935, and today we continue to build a more inclusive, connected world where everyone belongs. In this role, you will provide clinical support to adults aged 18+ with mental health diagnoses—often with co‑occurring developmental or intellectual disabilities—helping them overcome barriers, build coping skills, set meaningful goals, and implement targeted interventions to promote independent community functioning.
Qualifications
Must qualify in one of the following ways:
At least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields and 2,000 clinical hours of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities.
4,000 hours of experience in the delivery of services to individuals.
Master's or other graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
Previous experience developing and contributing to a treatment plan for clients.
At least 6 months of experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (required).
Ability to document within an electronic health record system with efficiency and accuracy.
Comfortable learning and adapting to new computer software programs.
Valid Minnesota driver’s license, acceptable record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
Ability to pass a DHS background check.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities in a community‑based, self‑directed role.
Effective communication skills.
Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self‑awareness, and reflection.
Diagnoses/Caseload
Most clients are neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, etc.) and/or have co‑occurring anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or other serious mental health diagnoses, often with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Meet clients in their homes or the community; sessions last 1–2 hours and may occur multiple times per week depending on needs.
Team care is essential: many clients receive multiple services across Fraser (mental health, employment, housing, case management, psychiatry, substance use, etc.). Collaboration to provide wrap‑around, integrative care is expected.
Schedule/Location
Full time, Monday‑Friday regular business hours.
Minimum two days until 6 pm; the other days until 5 pm.
Services provided in the client’s home, in the community, and, on rare occasion, virtually.
Based out of Fraser Bloomington or Fraser Coon Rapids; this role is primarily virtual and community‑based.
Travel required.

Scheduled performance feedback and opportunities for pay raises based on performance.
