We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Psychotherapist to provide high‑quality mental health care to individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. This role involves delivering therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions in compliance with California state regulations. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Offer crisis intervention and referrals to appropriate community resources. Participate in case reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education. Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted California license as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist. Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy. Strong knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma‑informed care). Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery. Familiarity with PSYPACT or willingness to obtain multistate practice authority. Background in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, or neurorehabilitation cases. Flexible scheduling (remote or hybrid options). Competitive compensation with productivity incentives; W‑2 or 1099 engagement models $70‑$80k. Access to training, mentorship, and CE opportunities. Administrative support for scheduling and billing.
