Description Physical Therapist at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is part time and will work an 8‑hour day shift. Providence Holy Cross Medical Center is a four‑time designated Magnet® hospital, the highest recognition for nursing excellence. In 2007 the center received Magnet® status and in 2024 was again recognized, making it one of only four California hospitals with the designation. The center is also named one of the best regional hospitals in 10 types of care by U.S. News & World Report and is a proud recipient of multiple Healthgrades awards, including America’s 50 Best Hospitals and Patient Safety Excellence for three consecutive years. The Physical Therapist will plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients, delivering care to age‑specific populations (infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics), participating in related continuing education, and functioning as an interdisciplinary team member. The therapist also provides assistance to coworkers, patients, and visitors as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire.
Work experience in a physical disabilities setting.
Experience working with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Physical Therapist.
Experience in a NICU or acute care setting providing physical therapy to infants, children, or adolescents with a CCS‑eligible medical condition.

The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined by relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
