Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Pediatric Hematology/Oncology - Full Time - 8hr Days

Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality, efficient, and patient‑focused care collaboratively with board‑certified/eligible physicians.
Manage the clinical needs of pediatric hematology/oncology patients under the supervision of physicians.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans using solid medical and surgical expertise.
Coordinate all medical and surgical components to optimize patient results, including peer‑to‑peer reviews, appealing decisions, and inter‑departmental collaboration.
Perform bone marrow biopsies, lumbar punctures, and deliver intrathecal chemotherapy.
Communicate with empathy and clarity, explaining treatment options and alleviating anxieties.
Accurately document patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Engage in ongoing professional education to support continuous growth.
Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Current, unrestricted NP/NPF license.
DEA license (Schedule 2‑5).
National certification as an NP (NPI).
Current BLS and ACLS life‑support certification.
At least one year of experience as a NP in pediatric hematology/oncology.
