Westover Job Corps Center Nurse Practitioner

Job Opportunity: Physician for School-Based Wellness Center Location: Chicopee, MA (Residential Trade School Campus) We are seeking a dedicated physician to join the wellness center at a local residential trade school, providing medical care for students. The wellness center is located directly on the school campus, Westover Job Corps Center in Chicopee, MA.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct physical exams for all students

Provide low-acuity walk-in care

Offer general medical support to a young adult population, ages 16-24

Requirements

Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner License

Federal DEA Certification

Board certification is not required, but experience in urgent care or primary care is preferred

At least one year of experience in young adult care

Position Details

Schedule: 18 hours per week, on a regular, weekly basis

Classification: Contract (Locum Tenens) provider

Compensation:

Competitive contract rate from $100.00 per hour, with malpractice insurance provided
