Key Responsibilities
Ensure residents receive medication and nursing care as per their individual care plans.
Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
Lead and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams.

Eligibility and Qualifications
Unencumbered State of Illinois RN license.
