Join as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital. This is a full‑time, night‑shift position with monthly bonus opportunities and generous shift differentials.
Compensation
Base pay: $57.00/hr (Nights) – $64.00/hr (Weekend Nights)
Monthly bonus up to $9,000 per year
Shift differentials: weekday overnights, weekend days & weekend overnights

Your Work Matters
Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
Assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients continuously throughout their care journey.
Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SPBH.
Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.
Your Experience Matters
Graduate from an accredited nursing program; valid Washington State RN license required. Bachelor's preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
Exceptional crisis and time‑management skills; flexible, creative, calm, and professional under stress.
