$10k Sign On Bonus

Full‑time positions available on day (8‑hour) shifts and night (12‑hour) shifts.

What You'll Do:

Deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN or physician.

Monitor patients’ health, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.

Support residents and their families with education, comfort, and reassurance.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.

Follow the plan of care as developed by RN staff, the MDS Coordinator, or nursing leadership.

Observe safety policies and report any safety concerns.

Demonstrate respect for resident rights and dignity.

Assume charge nurse duties when assigned.

Supervise and support Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) in the delivery of care.

Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents.

Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and HIPAA policies.

Participate in quality assurance activities and staff meetings.

What We're Looking For:

Active LPN license in Maryland.

Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred—new graduates welcome.

Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
