Job Description
Casual PRN position supporting a busy surgical schedule.
Approx. 2,200 cases per month across general, trauma, orthopedic, OB, neurosurgery, vascular, pediatric, and regional specialties.
Well‑established group of 22 anesthesiologists working in a medically directed model with CRNAs.
Practices at multiple sites: St. Mary’s Medical Center (Level I Trauma Center), Essentia Health Surgery Center – Miller Hill (4 ORs), St. Mary’s Hospital Superior (2 ORs and 2 endoscopy suites), Essentia Health‑Duluth (11 ORs and outpatient endoscopy center).
High acuity environment with top 100 Interventional Cardiac Program and Joint Replacement Program.
Certified as HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both inpatient and ambulatory facilities.
Requirements
BC/BE in Anesthesia.
Compensation $400.00 per hour. Eligible for additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.
