As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and practice standards. Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care. Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. Apply the nursing process with critical thinking, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care. Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes, demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource. Maintain accountability for delivering quality nursing care and promoting a positive image of nursing. Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree nursing program. Minimum of six months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse. Current RN License in Texas or Multi-State Compact License (RN Compact License holders must obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire). Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
