Per Diem Clinician LSW/LCSW/LAC/LPC – Ocean County
Join YMCA of the Jersey Shore as a Per Diem Clinician to support the growing needs in Monmouth and Ocean County. This role focuses on individual and family therapy and includes providing services at schools and licensed satellite locations as a liaison for the agency.
Responsibilities
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
Provide evaluative services, treatment planning, clinical treatment, referral services, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.
Monitor client progress related to psychotropic medication.
Maintain client files and documentation in compliance with NJ licensing agencies and YMCA policies.
Promote the agency positively with funding sources, staff, referral sources, and community agencies.
Continuously improve clinical skills and seek supervision.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related Human Services concentration.
Current New Jersey licensure (LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC).
Proficiency in individual, group, and family therapy.
Experience with Play Therapy, counseling, treatment, and engagement strategies.
Location Ocean County: Lakewood, Point Pleasant, Jackson, Toms River, Little Egg Harbor, and Manahawkin.
Job Type & Salary Per Diem – USD $45.00/hr.
