Summary
The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer I performs routine ultrasound procedures under supervision and follows established protocols.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Graduate of an approved school of Sonography or equivalent combination of training and experience.
License/Certifications: Current American Registry of Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification required; must have completed the required Physics registry. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
Experience: No experience necessary; six months of Diagnostic ultrasound experience preferred.
