Lead Diesel Technician
who knows how to get the job done right.
If you take pride in turning wrenches, working with a crew, and keeping customer and Company owned equipment running smoothly, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair Company & Customer construction equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, drill rigs, and crushing plant
Support a team of shop technicians as needed
Support customer and Company repair needs with the Service Manager
Maintain accurate service records and communicate with the Service team
Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical, and other construction equipment related components
Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
What We’re Looking For
8+ years
in heavy equipment or diesel repair
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Must have own tools
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics
Proficiency with laptop diagnostics and service software
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Field or road service experience is a plus
Equipment You’ll Work On Excavators, wheel loaders, drills, crushing and screening plants, articulating trucks, hydraulic breakers, and road wideners - including brands like
Link-Belt, Hitachi, Rammer, Rokbak, Sandvik,
and
Anaconda.
