Traveling Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)- Manager
Must be willing to travel between Springfield/ Decatur/Peoria

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infusion Nurse Manager to join our Team. In addition to administering intravenous therapies and medications and monitoring patients during treatments, this role will encompass leadership responsibilities, including supervising and managing other nurses within the infusion program. The Infusion Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal patient care, clinical excellence, and the seamless operation of infusion therapy services. This position requires advanced clinical expertise, strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Duties:
Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act, in the clients home
Perform infusions in the home setting
Monitor patient’s condition and complete vitals
Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
Assures proper maintenance of electronic health record compliance with local, state and federal laws.
Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
Completes Assessments/Reassessments and creates Plan of Care as necessary
Registered Nurse (RN) Benefits:

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license in Illinois.
1 year experience—critical care experience preferred
IV Insertion Skills required
Infusion experience in home or clinical setting required
Physical and TB screen within the last year
Current CPR certification
Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
Clean background and criminal record.
