Job Description
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Sign‑On Bonus $10,000.00 for eligible candidates.
Qualification Requirements Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing. Additional certifications: Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS), Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS), Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS), Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN), Chemotherapy Certificate (CHEMO), Critical Care Registered Nurse – Tele‑ICU (CCRN‑E), Electronic Fetal Monitoring (CEFM), Neonatal Med Certification (NEONATAL MED), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention Program, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS), Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer w/ OB/GYN Spec (RDMS‑OBGYN), Registered Nurse (RN), S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification, Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR), Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC).
Pay $32.50 – $60.45 per hour.
