This is a full‑time, rotating shift position at NewYork‑Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. You will work closely with world‑respected neonatologists, cardiologists, nurses, and scientists to deliver statistically amazing outcomes, educate colleagues and Ivy League students, and engage in our Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Council that works to improve workflow, patient experience, employee satisfaction, timeliness, quality, and safety for patients and staff.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced nursing care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient care.
Educate staff and trainees on neonatal best practices and evidence‑based care.
Participate in the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Council to enhance workflow, quality, and patient safety.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge in neonatal medicine and clinical guidelines.
Preferred Criteria
At least one year of NICU NP experience.
Required Criteria
Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
At least 2 years of NICU RN experience if an NNP.
Master’s degree in nursing.
Current New York State NP license.
BCLS and NRP certification.

Salary Range: $159,432 – $170,757 Annual.
