Are you a passionate mental health therapist looking to make a difference? ACP is hiring a Community-Based Mental Health Therapist to serve youth ages 6-18 and adults in the Twin Cities metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians pursuing licensure (LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to gain relational hours while working in a supportive, diverse, and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Complete diagnostic assessments and develop custom treatment plans focused on individual and family goals.
Build therapeutic relationships to support recovery and rehabilitative goals.
Collaborate with community partners, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services.
Qualifications
Education:
Master’s or graduate degree in psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related fields from an accredited institution.
Licensure Track:
On path to becoming a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Availability:
Ability to work late afternoons and early evenings to meet clients in home or community settings.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication, mental stability, and ethical conduct.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro.
