Independent Mental Health Therapist
As an Independent Mental Health Therapist, you will provide compassionate and effective psychotherapy and counseling services to clients managing mental health challenges.
Job Summary And Responsibilities Every day you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and maintain clinical documentation while managing your caseload.
Independently evaluates and/or assesses the bio-psycho-social needs of patients, and treats mental health disorders by conducting therapy sessions with patients utilizing various treatment modalities such as individual, group, family and/or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals and provide crisis intervention when needed.
Develops and maintains a positive professional relationship with clients, peers, coworkers, and members of the community. Maintains open, therapeutic communication with peers, patients, and the patient's family. Maintains strict standards of ethical behavior including the confidentiality of all patient affairs. Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Masters Other in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing or other related behavioral health field., upon hire and
Independent Mental Health Practitioner/Counselor or Social Worker: NE
Preferred
Three years of post license experience in a mental health/addiction recovery or related field.
