Transform Lives: Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician supporting our NC region centers! Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between our operating hours of 7am‑7pm. Regional travel required to cover our Cary, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, Greensboro, and Winston‑Salem centers.

Your Role

Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.

Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping: deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, and financial procedures.

Support operational efficiency: understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Extensive Regional Travel: this position primarily covers Cary, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, Greensboro, and Winston‑Salem; ability to travel to any of our centers in NC on short notice is mandatory. Reliable personal transportation required.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications: bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications: high school diploma, associate’s degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience.

Technical & Clinical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Travel & Logistics: travel to all centers in the region; reliable personal transportation.

Physical & Other Requirements: ability to stand for extended periods; basic life support (BLS) certification (provided).
