Responsibilities include admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition. Active Texas Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) and DEA registration. Previous nursing or clinical experience in a skilled nursing setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team. Master’s degree in Nursing. Benefits
