Shift Detail: Evenings, some weekends
Cedar Mountain Commons is a not‑for‑profit independent assisted living retirement community where residents can maintain independence while living in a service‑rich environment. Compassionate, highly trained staff provide the care residents need at the standards they expect.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with members of the health care team to assist residents in achieving established outcomes of care.
Provides quality and cost‑effective direct care for patients/families within a unit, service or primary area of practice.
Reports to Resident Care Director.
Qualifications
Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.
