leads on-site industrial projects, ensuring electrical systems, controls, and instruments are installed safely, on time, and within budget, managing subcontractors, resolving technical issues, enforcing safety (HSE/NEC standards), and coordinating with engineering/procurement for seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight : Directing daily E&I construction activities, managing field crews, and ensuring alignment with project specs and drawings. Safety & Quality : Championing strict safety protocols (HSE), performing site inspections, and ensuring quality control and compliance with codes. Fiancial Oversight : Responsible for all aspects of profit and loss Technical Management : Troubleshooting field issues, interpreting technical documents, and managing the installation of wiring, controls, and instruments. Coordination : Liaising with engineering, procurement, commissioning, owners, and vendors for smooth project flow. Resource Management : Planning workforce, managing budgets, tracking progress, and overseeing subcontractor performance and invoicing. Reporting : Providing regular progress reports, budget updates, and status to senior management.
