HR, payroll, and tax compliance in just minutes . By leveraging AI agents, the platform automates state tax registrations and filings, monitors compliance across hundreds of jurisdictions, and allows founders to focus on scaling their businesses instead of managing HR operations.
Founded in 2023, the company has raised
$24M from leading investors including Y Combinator, top angels, and SaaS entrepreneurs . The team currently consists of 12 employees and is scaling rapidly.
Role Overview The company is hiring its first
Design/Frontend Engineer
to own the intersection of
design and engineering . This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing user flows, marketing assets, and scalable design systems that simplify complex financial workflows. It is a
high-ownership role
with direct impact on both product and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain cross-platform
design systems
for web and mobile.
Create
marketing and growth assets : social media visuals, landing pages, and event collateral.
Establish and evolve
component libraries and design tokens
for scalability.
Rapidly
prototype and validate
features and interfaces using design tools and AI.
Improve
design-to-engineering workflows , from handoff to automated testing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and GTM teams.
Contribute to
long-term product vision , simplifying complex financial workflows.
Qualifications
3–7+ years in a hybrid role:
Design Engineer, Frontend Engineer, UX/UI Engineer
or similar.
Strong
portfolio
demonstrating both
design (UI/UX)
and
code (React, Next.js, JS/TS) .
Proficiency in
Figma
for prototyping, design systems, and collaboration.
Experience building
design systems and component libraries .
Strong coding fundamentals: JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML.
Startup/early-stage experience with clear ownership of deliverables.
NYC-based or open to relocation; must work
onsite 4–5 days/week .
US work authorization required.
