Duties and responsibilities
Coaching, training, evaluating and leading plant associates; resolving issues
Implementing corrective actions for any safety or quality concerns
Maintaining production and reporting delays
Promoting ISO conformance
Assisting with the monthly budget
Confirming daily production schedules and ensuring all positions are assigned
Ensuring daily reports are accurate for product quantity, downtime and scrap
Attending departmental meetings
Improving processes
Ensuring safety and a clean work environment
Working with all levels of people within the plant
Requirements
Previous supervision experience in a manufacturing facility
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with assembly, CNC or die casting is a plus
Hands‑on
