We are hiring a
Lead Carpenter
who can take charge of daily field production - balancing excellent craftsmanship with strong jobsite leadership. What You'll Do:
Lead and work alongside carpenters on custom residential projects
Perform both
rough framing and high-end finish carpentry
with accuracy and efficiency
Read plans, elevations, and details; communicate clarifications as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized jobsite
Coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager on schedule, materials, and progress
Prepare material lists, identify special-order items, and support procurement
Troubleshoot field issues with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
Set the tone for quality, productivity, and respectful conduct on site
What We're Looking For
5+ years of residential carpentry experience , including rough + finish
Experience leading small crews and directing daily work flow
Strong communication, accountability, and jobsite presence
Able to work independently and manage tasks without supervision
Problem-solver who can adapt to changing site conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass a drug test
Owns standard hand tools and a drill set
