Title Therapist
Reports To Executive Director
Department / Location 100% onsite at 2825 Colby Ave, Ste 305, Everett, WA 98201
FLSA Status Exempt
Position Overview Position is full‑time (40 hrs. per week), Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm PST at the Everett, Washington Guidelight location. Working with the adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP/IOP) population. Open to part‑time candidates.
Required Qualifications
Associate licensed therapists with 1 year of post‑graduate experience or independently licensed therapists in Washington State (LMHCA, LMCH, LSWAIC, LICSW, LMFT)
A master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
Valid Washington State therapy licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA, LMCH, LSWAIC, LICSW, LMFT)
Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling
Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a curriculum
Ability to manage clients in a group setting via in‑person and virtual platforms
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Role Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy
Monitor and document clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues
Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws
Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health
