Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg 4ST Full Time Nights Location: Bradenton, Florida.

Job Description Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties for over 70 years. Part of the Manatee Healthcare System, the hospital has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval. The 295‑bed hospital with over 800 physicians, residents and allied health professionals offers advanced healthcare services in a caring and compassionate environment, including cardiac care, emergency care, surgery services with robotic‑assisted options, weight‑loss program, orthopedic services, radiology, rehabilitation, respiratory care, sleep, oncology, wound care, women’s and children’s services, and a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

The Registered Nurse promotes and provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. The RN demonstrates professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient‑centered nursing care. Responsibilities include communicating with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs, administering IVs and medications, and using medical equipment to monitor vital signs.

Job Information

This position is for a full-time nights position on the 4ST unit.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Current RN licensure in Florida.

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
