Compensation
Salary:
$84,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience)
Pay‑per‑billed‑hour:
$70‑$72 per billed hour | $90 per evaluation | $35‑$36 per meeting hour
Signing or relocation bonuses:
Up to $10,000
Performance incentives:
Up to $9,000 annually

Your Responsibilities
Deliver evidence‑based physical therapy services to pediatric patients
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members
Provide culturally competent, family‑centered care
Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in team meetings and care coordination
Qualifications Required
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Colorado DORA PT license (or eligible to obtain)
BLS/CPR certification
Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice
Preferred
Pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)
Experience in multidisciplinary settings
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit 1‑2 hours, stand/walk 4‑6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
