Position Summary Physical Therapist needed to provide physical therapy services to patients at Cottages and Senior Suites in Tulsa.
Description Part time for skilled evaluations.
Compensation Very competitive hourly rate, health and dental benefits, PTO, reimbursed CEU and licensure renewal, flexible schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written documentation
Position Duties
Responsible for performing therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients
Provide treatment plans that allow patients to reach their maximum potential or for successful transition to the next level of care
Work with other therapists and nursing staff to provide a cohesive quality of care between clinical and therapy needs
Educate patients and caregivers to succeed at home after discharge from facility
Provide quality documentation as required
