Job Description
Supervises and plans home health aide activities in the absence of other healthcare professionals.
Demonstrates effective communication skills with all team members, patients, and families.
Maintains clinical record information in accordance with established standards and within established time frames.
Participates in orientation, in‑service, and staff meetings as scheduled, and develops professional and clinical skills through attendance at staff development meetings, educational activities, and professional affiliations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements Master's, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS), RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Driver's License (DL), Occupational Therapist (OT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
Pay Range $33.17 – $61.69
