Job Preview – At a Glance As a Therapist you will experience varied, rewarding work: providing solution-focused and strength-based telehealth, in-home, or in-office services to members with mental health or substance abuse disorders. You will deliver timely, evidence-based clinical and non-clinical support services to children, adolescents and adults—including intakes, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, psychiatric support, and group interventions.

Location and Schedule Full‑time, Monday‑Friday.

Position located at the Flagstaff Outpatient Clinic with flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities Develop and implement treatment plans, clinical assessment criteria, and programmatic goals, objectives, and activities. Conduct intakes and psychosocial assessments of adults, families, children, and adolescents. Provide ongoing therapy within a brief therapy framework for adults, families, children, and adolescents. Perform home visits and case consultations as needed. Coordinate closely with clinical staff and other providers. Offer community consultation and education to agencies, schools, neighborhood groups, and other human service professionals. Maintain required client contact hours and meet productivity standards. Keep accurate, thorough, and current documentation in accordance with SB&H clinical standards.

Requirements Minimum 21‑year age and a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work) that is licensed or license‑eligible at the Associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Independent license strongly preferred; at least one year of full‑time behavioral health experience highly preferred. Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety within eight (8) weeks of hire.
