Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
CPR Certification.
Salary/Wage Range Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. $5,000 sign‑on bonus to full‑time employees is paid quarterly for 1 year.
