About the Role We are currently searching for an RN Unit Manager to join our friendly, caring and supportive team!
Harmony Utica Ridge is rapidly growing, and our team is looking to invest in an RN Unit Manager by providing opportunities to further your career and the tools and encouragement you need to succeed. As an RN Unit Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect. You will supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your unit, provide guidance and education, instill a positive and inclusive facility culture, maintain infection prevention practices, and ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.
Eligibility and Qualifications
License:
Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Certification:
CPR certification.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of RN experience. Prior experience managing a nursing unit or 5 years of RN experience is preferred. We are willing to invest in the right candidate.
